Roger Ballen
The photographer Roger Ballen is doing a book signing at Clic Bookstore and Gallery this Tuesday from 6-8pm. The gallery is a welcome new edition on the block where my studio has been for almost 20 years.

Anthropology Animation / Illustration
I had the good fortune to work with my longtime friend and creative collaborator, Jeffrey Miller, on a project for Anthropology recently. Chalkboard Paint in Colors
On an outing today in Redhook, NY, I came across this cool new product. It's produced locally by an enterprising and creative family and it comes in amazing, fun and modern colors. Check out Hudson Paint. I bought pale gray and a box of yellow chalk (feeling a bit Swedish, I guess). The bright orange was compelling - I think I'll use that in my wood shop...
